The online service centre will grant access to all paid service package holders, and all holders will have 27 trades for the duration of the contest.
13. Stock trades - Trades made up to and including MIDNIGHT (24:00:00 hrs) Pacific Time (PT) will be active for the next day. All trades made AFTER Midnight (00:00:01) PT will be activated for the following day. For example, trades made anytime on Monday will be active for Tuesday. If you make a trade, and realize you did not want to perform that trade or made a trade in error, you must contact the support centre within 6 hours of the trade being performed for it to be reversed. Please email support@cifantasysports.com, stating you need a trade reversal. State the group in which the trade reversal is to be applied to, and we will use the email server time stamp as the indicator for reversal time verification.
A Stock trade will be considered in one of the 3 following manners: 1. Convert all or a portion of 1 stock into cash, then purchase another stock for the full or partial amount of monies in the cash section of your portfolio (this is 1 trade), 2. Convert all or a portion of 1 stock into cash, and leave it in the cash section of your portfolio (this is 1 trade), 3. Convert all or a portion of your monies in the cash section of your portfolio into a purchase of 1 stock listed in the contest (this is 1 trade).
Trades will be time stamped by the online database and will be active according to that time and these rules. Internet trades will be reflected in your roster upon completion of the transaction and may take up to 24 or 48 hours to be viewed in your online profile. Any interpretation or assigning of time stamp authorization will be under the sole discretion of Cornerstone International, and can be done with or without the notification of the contestants or contest host. Trades can be performed in any group, with any amount of monies available to that contestant in their portfolio. The procedure for a trade will be to convert current existing stock shares to cash, and then use the cash account to purchase new amounts of shares or to leave the conversion in cash.
14. Cash Portion of Portfolio – The cash section of your portfolio is to be used as your reserve section for left over monies related to trades done, as well as a section to store monies that is safe from the Stock market. When trading away stocks, you will convert your stocks to cash. The result of the initial portion of the trade is transferred to the cash section, and then you will be asked if you wish to leave the monies there to complete the trade, or you will decide to use the monies in the cash section to purchase additional stocks. The monies in the cash section will be used to purchase your new stock selection.
15. The decisions of the contest organizers will be final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment.
